A community-focused organization in Savannah is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to design and deliver leadership training programs that strengthen organizational capabilities. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to create initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic goals. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in leadership development, excellent facilitation skills, and a commitment to promoting equity and inclusion within the workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leadership development or organizational training.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership training workshops.
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new leaders.
• Evaluate and improve leadership programs based on organizational needs.
