Job summary

You will blend event management with engaging facilitation, coordinating BEOs, travel, and the Career Journey program while maintaining a strong culture of leadership development. Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning and development, talent development, or training coordination
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across markets

Responsibilities

• Plan the full lifecycle of in-market leadership development programs with meticulous detail
• Identify and schedule guest leaders and SMEs for programs
• Manage travel, hotels, BEOs, and post-event invoicing
• Facilitate Flight School sessions with high energy and credibility
• Gather feedback and drive program improvements
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve logistics and evaluation
