White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a high-impact Corporate Director of Food and Beverage to drive training programs, new restaurant openings, beverage development, corporate communications and strategic direction across a multi-property portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading high-volume F&B operations, strong P&L management, and a passion for developing teams and driving operational excellence in premier hotel and restaurant environments.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of proven success in a high-volume restaurant as a GM.
• Minimum 5 years Food & Beverage experience.
• Level 1 Sommelier, Food Manager Certificate preferred.
• Four-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training programs for Restaurant Managers and Chefs across the portfolio.
• Lead pre-opening and new store openings with strategic planning and standards.
• Coordinate corporate communications, marketing activation, and brand execution.
• Develop beverage R&D and manage the national beverage program and vendors.
• Maintain training materials, SOPs, and audit processes across markets.
• Support senior leadership to drive guest satisfaction and sales growth.
