Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate learning, talent management, performance consultation, or similar role.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a performance consultant, leading others to diagnose and solve complex human performance challenges.
• Experience working in financial services or another complex, highly regulated industry.
• 2+ years of proven experience navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, competing priorities, and evolving requirements to deliver effective solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to quickly build strong connections at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership development journeys that accelerate growth and readiness of current and future leaders.
• Build trusted partnerships with Human Capital, Talent Management, and senior leaders; align with succession planning and talent reviews.
• Facilitate high-impact learning experiences, mentor colleagues, and lead leadership cohorts and workshops.
