Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking an Executive Enablement and Workforce Development Senior Advisor to partner with C-suite and senior leaders. You will translate workforce, learning, and organizational priorities into clear strategies, executive communications, and coordinated action across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience leading and implementing technical training initiatives.
• Experience in leading cross organizational training programs for improving employee performance or compliance training.

Responsabilités

• Directs the continuous development of the enterprise's skilling, upskilling, and reskilling processes.
• Designs and delivers complex technical training materials and content for audience needs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on training design, development and delivery issues.
• Improves program effectiveness by analyzing data and providing insights to leadership.
• Acts as SME on training strategy and curriculum priorities to drive outcomes.
• Develops training dashboards and interactive applications for tracking purposes.
• Leads development of best practices and standards for technical trainers and programs.
