Job summary

The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers is seeking a Senior Director of Workforce Learning & Development to lead an enterprise-wide L&D strategy across the League, supporting FQHCs and CHCs.

Reporting to VP and SVP, this role drives three pillars: Workforce Pipeline Development, Member Education & Training, and Internal Organizational Development, while building partnerships with higher education and accrediting bodies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in enterprise learning, instructional design, or workforce development.
• 3–5 years in direct senior management/people leadership capacity.
• Healthcare, primary care associations, or FQHC/CHC experience preferred.
• Experience managing CME/CNE/CEU accreditation processes.
• Proven ability to develop KPI dashboards and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise L&D strategy across three pillars: Workforce Pipeline Development, Member Education & Training, and Internal Organizational Development.
• Oversee partnerships with higher education, training partners, accrediting bodies, and national/regional CHC networks.
• Manage budgets, revenue strategies, and grant proposals to sustain learning initiatives.
• Lead governance forums, committees, and cross-functional collaboration to align priorities.
• Coordinate curriculum design, conferences, and the LMS ecosystem for CHC network delivery.
