Job summary

The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers seeks a Senior Manager of Grants & Operations to lead the grants lifecycle, financial reconciliations, and SOPs within the Workforce Development and Training division.

You will partner with Finance, Compliance, and Marketing to maintain audit-ready data, dashboards, and training materials, including CHI events. This hybrid role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and cross-team collaboration to advance population health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Health, or a closely related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience managing end-to-end grant lifecycles, operational workflows, and complex budget forecasting in non-profit/healthcare/public sector.
• 5+ years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of CHCs, PCAs, FQHCs, or safety-net healthcare systems.
• Master's Degree preferred; PMP or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of departmental grants, contracts, and funding streams with compliance.
• Lead monthly fiscal tracking, revenue analysis, and expense allocations with the Finance Division.
• Draft budgets, narratives, and schedules for new proposals and renewals.
• Establish internal controls, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation for grants.
• Organize SharePoint architecture and centralized document repositories.
• Design QA workflows to identify risks and support performance improvement plans.
• Develop KPI dashboards to track grant deliverables and workforce outcomes.
• Provide administrative support for major events including the CHI conference.
