Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Senior SPW Leader for the Northern Division to drive strategic direction, profitability, and talent development across self-performed concrete and carpentry operations.

Responsibilities include P&L oversight, market expansion, client relations, and securing favorable contracts while leading a team of project managers and field staff. Occasional travel within the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering large-scale concrete and carpentry projects.
• Experience leading multiple project teams with up to 10 personnel.
• Strong knowledge of local labor unions and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPW division strategy and P&L.
• Drive growth through market analysis and client relations.
• Oversee budgets, safety, and quality across SPW projects.
• Develop and mentor SPW managers, estimators, and field leaders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage risk for SPW programs.
