Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Senior leader to drive the Northern Division Self-Performed (SPW) concrete and carpentry business. You will oversee strategy, financial performance, and talent development, directing field and support teams to achieve profitability and growth.

The role requires extensive construction leadership experience, P&L accountability, and the ability to travel as needed to projects across markets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering large-scale concrete and carpentry projects.
• Knowledge of Carpenter’s, Laborers, Operating Engineers and Concrete Finisher unions.
• Proven track record leading multiple project teams with up to 10 personnel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Destini, MS Project, Building Connected).
• Deep understanding of concrete and rough/craft carpentry, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and self-performed work.
• Proven ability to lead a business unit and manage a P&L.
• Willingness to travel to execute projects.
• Ability to train, manage and hold staff accountable to corporate goals.
• Ability to negotiate business and legal provisions of contracts.

• Ensure timely resolution of warranty issues.
