The role oversees P&L, strategy, and talent development for the SPW unit, interacting with project teams, trade partners, and internal departments.

Applicants should have 10+ years in large-scale concrete and carpentry, a 4-year construction degree, and proven leadership of project teams. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering complex, large scale concrete and carpentry projects.
• Proficiency with construction management software and training team members.
• Experience leading multiple project teams with direct responsibility for up to 10 personnel.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative and productive team culture.
• Oversee strategic Leadership and P&L management for SPW division.
• Develop and execute strategic vision for SPW business growth.
• Assess national opportunities for growth in key markets/sectors.
• Own the division's P&L including budgets and profitability.
• Analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities.
• Drive business development and client relations for SPW services.
• Lead sales and strategy efforts for SPW; present effectively.
