Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to direct the Northern Division Self-Performed concrete and carpentry work, driving growth and profitability. You will set strategic direction, oversee P&L, budgets, and talent development for the SPW unit, and collaborate with project teams and clients.

The role requires deep SPW expertise, strong leadership, and willingness to travel to execute projects. You will lead a team of managers and field personnel, shaping safety and quality programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering complex, large-scale concrete and carpentry projects.
• Experience leading multiple project teams with direct responsibility for up to 10 personnel.
• Knowledge of local labor unions (Carpenter's, Laborers, Operating Engineers, Concrete Finishers).
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPW division strategy, sales, and growth initiatives.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and profitability across the SPW unit.
• Develop and execute the strategic vision for SPW expansion.
• Oversee equipment purchases, maintenance, and coordination.
• Directly lead and mentor SPW teams with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Drive business development and client relations for SPW services.
• Negotiate contracts and manage risk; aim for favorable terms.
• Travel as needed to projects and opportunities.
