Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a quantitative/operational field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in workforce management or analytics.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience across multiple teams or disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Establish multi-year strategy and annual operating plan for resource planning and analytics.
• Lead Directors and managers; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Set integrated forecasting strategy for short-, mid-, and long-range demand and capacity.
• Direct workforce planning, staffing models, and capacity management.
• Oversee intraday resource optimization and performance reporting.
