Job summary

Aerogen, a leading global MedTech company, is seeking a People & Organisational Development Director for the Americas. You will shape talent strategy, lead leadership capabilities, and partner with senior leaders to enable growth across the region.

Reporting to the Head of People & Organisational Development and joining the Americas Leadership Team, you will drive organizational design and culture, align with global OD standards, and build high-performing teams with a regional lens.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience.
• Ideal qualified with Degree/Masters in HR.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Americas People Plan and People Strategy.
• Partner with the Americas Leadership Team to deliver growth through people and culture.
• Drive talent, succession and workforce planning to build future capability.
• Coach leaders to develop teams and strengthen leadership capability.
• Shape inclusive culture and employee engagement with data-driven insights.
