AXA XL seeks a Chief Human Resources Officer, Americas to lead the people strategy for the Americas region across the United States, Canada, Bermuda and Latin America. You will shape a modern HR operating model, drive enterprise partnerships, and oversee a matrix of HR partners and centers of excellence to deliver measurable talent and culture outcomes.

You will champion responsible AI adoption, drive workforce intelligence, and partner with Global HR to align regional strategies with AXA XL’s

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant progressive HR leadership experience in a complex, global matrix organization; financial services, insurance or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation across operating models, processes, technology, data, skills and culture.
• Working knowledge of AI, automation and digital HR platforms, including responsible AI principles.
• Outstanding capability in workforce analytics and strategic workforce planning.
• Proven ability to advise and challenge senior executives and influence across organizational boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the Americas people strategy aligned with priorities and enterprise HR direction.
• Advise the CEO, Americas and senior leadership on organization design and workforce strategy.
• Lead an integrated regional HR organization with clear accountabilities and robust talent pipelines.
• Modernize the Americas HR operating model and scale shared services.
