Aon is hiring a North America People Business Partner to join our People Organization in the US. This hybrid role will influence leaders, design workforce strategies, and partner with COEs to execute HR initiatives across designated client groups.

You will manage annual performance, talent, compensation, and engagement cycles, while driving inclusion and effective change management. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years professional HR experience.
• Experience in change management, performance management, conflict management, talent management, employee engagement, communication and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated relationship and influence management skills across levels from colleagues to senior leaders.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and currently relevant People trends.
• Ability to interpret data and translate into key trends/themes.
• Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a business partner, specialist, and/or generalist role preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Analytics background preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually.

Responsabilités

• Influence, coach, and counsel leaders on people-related matters to foster an inclusive, accountable culture.
• Understand business goals and recommend HR approaches to improve objectives and development.
• Collaborate with COEs on initiatives to support business needs.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design; act as first-line for change management and communications.
• Provide guidance on new/updated People programs and drive adoption of changes.
• Manage annual cycle activities (performance, talent, compensation, engagement) for designated client groups.
• Coach managers to sustain high-performance and continuous improvement.
• Support HR integration between Aon Affinity and Totalis and align with the Global Career Framework.
• Engage in talent management cycles and action planning with Head of Colleague Experience.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization.
• Contribute to global, regional, or ad-hoc projects as needed.
