Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership for the developmental preschool, therapy, and ABA programs at the site. The role focuses on building a strong culture, ensuring service excellence, and overseeing enrollment, staffing, and budgets.

The Senior Director will ensure compliance with Arkansas licensing and Medicaid guidelines, lead leadership teams, and drive site development while engaging families and the community.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of successful leadership experience in a classroom or clinical setting preferred.
• Experience with preschool, therapy, or ABA programs is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for developmental preschool, therapy, and ABA programs at the site.
• Cultivate Pediatrics Plus’s culture and ensure service excellence.
• Oversee site operations, enrollment, budgeting, and compliance with licensing and regulations.
• Lead hiring, performance reviews, and staff development with HR and Legal approvals as needed.
• Oversee annual themes and ensure consistent promotion across the site.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Arkansas Childcare Licensing and Medicaid guidelines.
• Lead weekly or bi-weekly team meetings and mentor Directors across therapy, preschool, and ABA services.
• Collaborate with marketing, physician visits, and community outreach as required.
