Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Maumelle/North Little Rock seeks a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership to therapy and ABA programs, shape the site culture, and ensure excellence in service. They oversee all site operations including therapy enrollment, leadership of team members, systems and processes, compliance, revenue/expenses, and health and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred in therapy/ABA related field.
• Current therapy/ABA license and certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead site strategy and oversee therapy/ABA programs to ensure developmental focus and family engagement.
• Direct recruitment, hires, terminations, performance reviews, and staff development with regional oversight.
• Oversee enrollment, budget, payroll, and compliance with Arkansas licensing and Medicaid requirements.
• Lead daily team huddles for priority setting and problem solving; reinforce Pediatrics Plus culture.
• Manage therapy caseload and discharge processes; ensure safety and quality of care.
