Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership for therapy and ABA programs at the Conway site. You will guide the team, ensure operational excellence, and uphold state compliance while driving patient-centered outcomes.

The role emphasizes leading meetings, budget oversight, and staff development to sustain high-quality services for children and families in the community.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Master’s Degree in a therapy/ABA related field preferred.
• Current license and certification for therapy/ABA related.
• 3+ years of successful broad clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site culture and reinforce Pediatrics Plus values in all decisions.
• Run daily huddles for priority setting, obstacle identification, and team support.
• Oversee therapy/ABA operations with focus on family engagement and development.
• Manage site budget including revenue, expenses, and payroll within projections.
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines and internal policies across the site.
• Represent the site in organizational and clinical program meetings.
