Responsibilities

• Chair daily huddles to align priorities and support staff.
• Oversee therapy/ABA operations with a focus on development and collaboration.
• Manage hiring, terminations, performance reviews, and training.
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas licensing, Medicaid, and audits.
• Monitor site budgets, revenue, expenses, and payroll.
