Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership to the therapy and ABA programs at the site, driving Pediatrics Plus's culture and service excellence.

The role oversees all site operations, including enrollment, staff leadership, and compliance with state guidelines, while managing budgets and ensuring health and safety. Collaboration with families and staff is central to success.

Competenze

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, physicians, clients, customers, field clinicians, and the public.
• Knowledge of various funding source guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.
• Ability to function independently in all aspects, including project identification.

• Provide strategic leadership to the therapy and ABA programs at the site, building Pediatrics Plus's culture, and ensuring excellence in service.
• Oversee all aspects of the site operations including therapy enrollment, leadership of team members, and site-level processes.
• Ensure compliance with state-mandated guidelines, revenue/expenses, and health and safety.
• Lead daily huddles for priority setting and team support.
• Oversee staff management including hiring, terminations, and performance reviews with leadership approval.
• Manage annual themes and ensure reinforcement by the team.
• Oversee budget, revenue, expenses, and payroll within site projections.
• Oversee therapy caseload management and discharge decisions for therapy recipients.
• Maintain quality assurance through Pediatrics Plus administration.
