Qualifications

• Proven success owning operational performance with KPIs, financials, labor forecasting, and ROI analyses.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement, system implementation, and automation initiatives.
• Strong proficiency with WMS, ERP, Excel, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall outbound operations performance with safety, service, quality, productivity, and customer compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end outbound fulfillment, warehouse operations, labor planning, inventory integrity, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Develop labor, workload, and capacity strategies to support growth and peak readiness.
• Lead strategic initiatives, build business cases, ROI analyses, and present to senior leadership.
