Kendra Scott, LLC seeks a Senior Designer to lead our Store Design team in Austin, TX. This hands-on leadership role guides architectural design from concept through construction documents for flagship, core, and shop-in-shop environments, ensuring the brand’s luxury identity is reflected in every detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in architecture/interior architecture/design with 4-6 years in retail/commercial environments

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design across retail formats from schematic design to construction docs.
• Review architectural drawings, fixture plans, and details to luxury retail standards.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, general contractors, landlords, and fabricators.
• Translate brand identity and customer experience objectives into spatial solutions.
• Mentor and lead junior design staff while aligning with budget and schedule.
