State Street in Irvine, CA seeks a senior business transformation executive to lead the strategic direction for Middle Office services for major asset managers. You will own the transformation agenda, design the target operating model, and convert strategy into an executable portfolio of service, process and organizational improvements.

You will govern priorities across client outcomes, risk and control, and work with Operations, Product, Client Management, Risk, Finance and Legal to define

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial services, transformation, or strategy.
• Proven ownership of large-scale transformation or target operating model projects.
• Strong knowledge of asset servicing and Middle Office capabilities; Agile/Lean credentials advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Middle Office transformation and service strategy end-to-end.
• Define the enterprise operating model and governance.
• Partner across Operations, Product, Risk, Finance to set priorities.
• Translate client outcomes into approved investment plans.
• Champion AI and data-enabled improvements in the operating model.
