Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Director of Recruiting to lead strategy and execution across regions, overseeing multi-team efforts from initial engagement through onboarding and first‑shift placement.

The ideal candidate combines strategic, solutions‑oriented leadership with operational mind‑set to translate staffing needs into clear recruiting priorities, aligning with regional and clinical leadership to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a business operations function.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing both direct and indirect reports.
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in operations for highly regulated environments; healthcare is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading intricate, multi-faceted processes involving numerous stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategy, execution, and performance across assigned regions or markets.
• Coach and develop Recruiting Team Leads and recruiting team members.
• Guide recruiting leaders and teams through onboarding and first-shift placement.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize staffing needs and remove barriers to clinician placement.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to guide improvements.
• Identify gaps in recruiting, onboarding, documentation, and staffing workflows and lead improvements.
• Ensure recruitment processes, documentation standards, and compliance are followed.
• Collaborate with marketing on recruitment marketing and staffing initiatives.
• Model HALOS values and promote a high-accountability recruiting culture.
