Job summary

Ravago Americas seeks a senior supply chain leader to plan and direct all aspects of supply chain strategies, policies, objectives, and initiatives. This role oversees inventory, warehousing, distribution, transportation, quality, and production, using performance data to forecast needs and production levels.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience, drives continuous improvement, and ensures cost efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards across the global supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Management.
• 7+ years of work experience or equivalent in operations and/or supply base management in distribution/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; CAD experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all aspects of supply chain strategies, policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, distribution, transportation, quality, and production functions.
• Evaluate past performance data to forecast needs and production levels; develop strategic plans for productivity and efficiency.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
