Job summary

WorkNovaX is seeking a Maintenance Manager for fixed plant equipment in Tucson, AZ. The role provides leadership, direction, and governance for all fixed plant maintenance across processing facilities, including planning, scheduling, shutdowns, electrical and instrumentation maintenance, and asset care programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, maintenance engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of maintenance experience in mining or heavy industrial operations.
• Minimum 10 years supporting large mineral processing facilities.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fixed plant maintenance activities across crushing, grinding, flotation, filtration, tailings, water, utilities, and supporting infrastructure.
• Develop maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and shutdown strategies.
