South32 Group Operations Pty. Ltd. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor at the Hermosa Project near Patagonia, AZ. Lead frontline maintenance for fixed plant and mobile equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operations and strong team development.

You will coordinate with Operations, Planning and Maintenance to execute daily to monthly maintenance plans, drive continuous improvement, and uphold OEM and site safety standards in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Formación

• Five (5) years of maintenance experience in industrial/mining/heavy equipment environments.
• 2+ years in a Supervisor or Lead role in maintenance.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of maintenance management systems; SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and team leadership principles.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for day‑to‑day issues with equipment/methods/work processes.
• Working knowledge of MSHA regulations and safety requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture; ensure maintenance activities comply with policies and regulations.
• Lead the safe execution of planned maintenance for fixed plant and mobile equipment; develop schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations, Planning and Maintenance teams to align priorities and priorities.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and performance management of maintenance personnel.
• Set clear performance expectations and uphold safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support training initiatives; address HR matters with site leadership.
