Job summary

CVS Health in Rhode Island is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Strategy & Support within Asset Protection. You will lead the Field Strategy and Support team, oversee the myAP Health Program, and drive adoption of field-facing tools to reduce shrink and improve operational execution.

This role requires enterprise thinking, strong program leadership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate field needs into scalable solutions across store operations, pharmacy, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Asset Protection, operations, program management, or similar.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to analyze trends, identify risk, and translate into action.
• Experience partnering with multiple functions to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Strategy and Support team delivering tools and support for field AP.
• Own the myAP Health Program including platform oversight and success metrics.
• Manage the Asset Protection Store Visit Tool and drive its evolution.
• Monitor shrink trends and develop mitigation strategies for front store and pharmacy.
• Define strategic prioritization for District AP Leaders and field impact.
• Define and track program success metrics and outcomes.
• Collaborate with AP Analytics, Applications, Investigations to design solutions.
