Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asset Protection, operations, program management, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong ability to analyze business trends, identify risk, and translate findings into practical, scalable action.
• Experience building partnerships across multiple business functions to influence outcomes and drive alignment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Field Strategy and Support team delivering tools and resources for field Asset Protection.
• Own the myAP Health Program including platform oversight and engagement strategy.
• Manage the Asset Protection Store Visit Tool and evolve it with cross-team resources.
• Monitor shrink trends and identify mitigation strategies across front store and pharmacy.
• Define strategic priorities for District Asset Protection Leaders and drive field impact.
• Lead Operational Excellence and Priority Store Programs to improve outcomes.
• Define and track program success metrics and business impact.
• Collaborate with field operations, store operations, pharmacy operations and supply chain.
