Job summary

CVS Health seeks a District Asset Protection Leader to implement AP programs across assigned markets and train field teams on asset protection issues. You will analyze data, align partners, and drive shrink control and compliance, while managing investigations and coordinating with law enforcement to protect assets.

The role requires 5+ years in retail loss prevention or asset protection management, 2+ years in multi-store leadership, and up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Must reside or be willing to relocate to Market.
• 5+ years’ experience in retail loss prevention asset protection management and/or field retail management.
• 2+ years’ experience with multiple store and/or total store management responsibility.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Experience with MS Office (Advanced Excel strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations (preferred).
• LPQ or LPC certifications (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Wicklander-Zulawski interview training (basic/advanced) (preferred).
• Education High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete store health assessments to ensure overall operational compliance in assigned stores.
• Coordinate and supervise the use of outside agencies for security functions within assigned markets.
• Conduct timely, ethical, and professional investigations of all potential internal theft incidents.
• Maintain professional liaison with local law enforcement officials for coordination of investigations/prosecutions.
• Facilitate meetings/trainings to field personnel according to market needs and priorities.
• Attain budgeted results for shrink and P&L performance within assigned market.
