CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Strategy & Support within Asset Protection to lead a team delivering tools, programs, and insights that empower the field organization to reduce shrink and improve execution. The role partners across operations, pharmacy, and supply chain to translate field needs into scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities include owning the myAP Health Program, managing the Store Visit Tool, and defining metrics to track success

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asset Protection, operations, program management, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong ability to analyze business trends, identify risk, and translate findings into practical, scalable action.
• Experience building partnerships across multiple business functions to influence outcomes and drive alignment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Strategy and Support team in delivering tools, resources, and support that enable the field Asset Protection team to operate effectively and efficiently.
• Own the myAP Health Program, including platform oversight, feedback collection, program enhancements, innovation, engagement strategy, and success measurement.
• Manage the Asset Protection Store Visit Tool and drive its evolution by integrating resources from across teams to streamline field user experience.
• Monitor shrink trends and identify strategies and tactics to mitigate loss across front store and pharmacy.
• Define the strategic approach guiding District Asset Protection Leaders to prioritize time and focus support on high-need stores.
