Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Asset Protection Leader to drive asset protection programs across assigned markets. The role emphasizes investigations, liaison with law enforcement, and training field teams to protect assets and reduce shrink.

The incumbent will lead store health assessments, coordinate security functions, and ensure compliance while achieving budgeted shrink and P&L results. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in or relocate to the market area.
• 5+ years' experience in retail loss prevention asset protection management.
• 2+ years' experience with multiple store and/or total store management responsibility.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Experience with MS Office (Advanced Excel strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete store health assessments to ensure operational compliance in assigned stores.
• Coordinate and supervise the use of outside agencies for security functions within assigned markets.
• Conduct timely, ethical, and professional investigations of all potential internal theft incidents.
• Maintain professional liaison with local law enforcement to ensure coordination of investigations/prosecutions.
• Facilitate meetings/trainings with field personnel as required by market needs.
• Attain budgeted results for shrink and P&L performance within assigned market.
