Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Data & AI Governance to strengthen enterprise data governance and scale responsible AI governance across the organization. You will define frameworks, policies, and operating models, collaborating with business, legal, privacy, security, and risk teams.

The role focuses on governance maturity, KPI tracking, and embedding governance into platforms and processes. This is a hybrid role with a Baltimore HQ location and a 4-day in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with substantial experience in data management, governance, or AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, including decision rights and accountability models.
• Define and implement policies, standards, and procedures for data governance and responsible AI governance.
• Facilitate governance councils, working groups, and stakeholder forums to drive alignment and adoption.
• Manage the governance roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery reporting.
• Oversee governance-related system changes and adoption activities across platforms.
• Partner with business and technology teams to embed governance requirements into platforms and workflows.
• Define, publish, and monitor KPIs for governance maturity and AI effectiveness.
• Assess governance maturity, identify gaps, and track remediation.
• Act as SME for governance concepts, metadata, stewardship, and AI oversight.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards and product teams to improve metadata and data sharing.
