Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead for Enterprise Data and AI Governance to strengthen data governance and scale AI governance across the organization. You will define frameworks, policies, and operating models with cross-functional partners, translating governance requirements into practical roadmaps and system changes.

The role leads governance councils, manages roadmaps, and embeds requirements into platforms and processes, driving measurable adoption and data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 6 years; or 12 years without degree.
• 2+ years of experience with ERP/master data/metadata/workflow platforms; SAP acumen preferred.
• Experience using data governance, AI governance, process improvement, and change management methods.
• Ability to lead cross-functional governance initiatives and manage intake, prioritization, and delivery with limited oversight.
• Experience managing roadmaps and translating governance requirements into system/process/reporting changes.
• Strong understanding of international business environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, including decision rights and accountability models.
• Define and implement policies, standards, and procedures for data and responsible AI governance.
• Facilitate governance councils and stakeholder forums to drive alignment and adoption of standards.
• Manage governance roadmap with priorities, milestones, risks, and reporting.
• Oversee governance-related system changes, process updates, and role assignments.
• Embed governance requirements into platforms, workflows, approvals, metadata, controls, and reporting.
• Define, publish, and monitor KPIs for governance maturity and data quality.
