Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Data and AI Governance to strengthen governance across the organization and scale responsible AI practices.

You will define governance frameworks, policies, standards, controls, and operating processes to enable trusted data and AI use, collaborating with business, technology, legal, privacy, security, and risk teams. You will drive roadmaps, manage governance councils, monitor KPIs, and partner with data stewards and product teams to embed

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data governance, AI governance, or related data disciplines.
• Experience with ERP and master data platforms; SAP preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional governance initiatives and manage priorities.
• Knowledge of international business environments and data quality concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks and accountability models.
• Define policies, standards, and procedures for governance.
• Facilitate governance councils to align stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Manage the governance roadmap, priorities, milestones, and risks.
• Oversee system changes, process updates, and role-based adoption.
• Embed governance requirements into platforms, workflows, and reporting.
• Publish and monitor KPIs for governance maturity and AI effectiveness.
• Assess maturity, identify gaps, and track remediation.
