Working with HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and business leaders, you will assess needs, establish priorities, manage programs, and measure outcomes to ensure leadership investments deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with organizational and business objectives.
• Assess leadership capabilities and identify development opportunities across leadership populations.
• Establish leadership competency models, development pathways, and expectations.
• Monitor trends and best practices in leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
• Design and oversee enterprise leadership development programs and initiatives.
