You will develop talent, drive sales, control costs, and ensure a best-in-class member experience while aligning with company priorities and values.

On-site leadership, open-shift availability, and a focus on customer service are essential as you build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Strong drive for results, honesty, and commitment to member service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a large team.
• Solid understanding of profit & loss, shrink control, merchandising and customer service.
• Open shift availability and age 18+ required.
