Job summary

You will manage talent, promote development, and sustain a safe, engaging environment. The onboarding program lasts 8–12 weeks, pairing you with seasoned BJ’s leaders to accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail store or warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of profit & loss, shrink, merchandising.
• Open shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by example, communicate clearly, and drive results.
• Create a club culture where team members are challenged, motivated, and recognized.
• Develop talent and build a strong bench through coaching and feedback.
• Adapt to change quickly and keep messaging simple for the team.
• Manage costs, implement profitability improvements, and meet budget targets.
• Supervise warehouse management and coordinate with Home Office to meet targets.
