Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning strategy, talent development, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing and managing enterprise leadership development programs.
• Experience consulting with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across a complex organization.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, coaches, and development partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Design and oversee enterprise leadership development programs and initiatives.
• Provide coaching and consulting to leaders, HR Partners, and Talent Advisors on development needs.
• Create scalable leadership tools, resources, and programs for widespread use.
