Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in relevant settings.
• Must obtain/train in required areas such as Abuse/Neglect, CPR, First Aid, MANDT, etc.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Flu vaccination required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality assurance and compliance of the Community Living program.
• Lead audits and ensure adherence to DMH and LU policies.
• Supervise Program Directors and Sr. PMs; manage caseloads and transitions.
• Lead quarterly program director meetings and cross-department collaboration.
• Monitor budgets and staffing to meet variances and regulatory standards.
