Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience with at least 2 years in developmental disabilities.
• Must obtain trainings in Abuse/Neglect, CPR, First Aid, MANDT and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and quality of the Community Living Department.
• Ensure DMH compliance and adherence to agency policies and budgets.
• Supervise Program Directors and Senior Program Managers and coordinate audits.
• Lead growth, staff development, and cross-department collaboration.
