Job summary

Life's Golden Horizons, Inc seeks a Program Director to lead initiatives supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors. The role requires strong leadership to develop and implement effective programs and to oversee operations and staff.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, foster community partnerships, and continuously assess program impact to improve outcomes, while managing resources efficiently. Monday–Friday schedule reflects standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional in nursing, social work, or psychology.
• Excellent supervisory skills with a track record of effective team leadership.
• Exceptional relationship management abilities, fostering collaboration among diverse groups.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment, including providing for in-service education.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to enhance program effectiveness.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in program management.
