Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in social services, management, and client-centered care is required.
• Valid Washington driver’s license with clean record is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Direct Care Supervisors and ensure service plan compliance.
• Coordinate training between teams and act as program spokesperson.
• Ensure client care aligns with state and federal guidelines and reports.
