Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Manager, Community Growth & Intelligence to drive growth analytics across Community, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. You will lead a small team, work deeply with data partners, and shape strategic investment decisions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to frame opportunities, design measurement systems, and deliver actionable insights that influence product roadmaps and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer growth, growth marketing, strategy & operations, product strategy, business analytics, or consulting.
• Strong analytical fluency with spreadsheet modeling and SQL.
• Experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks and applying rigorous evaluation.
• Proven ability to lead and develop people while contributing directly.

Responsibilities

• Own the Community Growth Intelligence agenda, identify high-value questions, prioritize work and inform roadmaps.
• Frame ambiguous opportunities into hypotheses, plans, sizing and recommendations.
• Build investment cases connecting strategy, resources, impact, tradeoffs, and risks.
• Establish metrics and measurement frameworks; work with Data Science on analytics and architecture.
• Create a rhythm of business with portfolio prioritization, reviews, and narratives of results.
