Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in advertising, analytics, or measurement within a measurement company or media owner
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of high-impact partners and drive revenue goals
• Deep familiarity with advertising measurement ecosystems including attitudinal survey research, online/offline sales lift, and advanced methodologies such as MTA and MMM
• Strong track record in end-to-end management and presentation of complex quantitative advertising research with ad-tech understanding
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for senior stakeholders and negotiation
• Social media platform experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of a specialized partner portfolio, managing high-impact measurement & audience partners and overseeing renewals, negotiations, and new opportunities
• Vet, onboard, and manage relationships with premium vendors to guide measurement strategy and align with sales objectives
• Act as primary lead across Product, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure research integrations are scoped, delivered, and utilized
• Assess financial and operational performance of research and vendor projects from inception to completion and provide executive recommendations
• Manage technology-based integrations with global & regional measurement providers, including data pipelines, clean rooms, and AI/ML tools
• Evaluate industry trends to align research projects with Reddit’s ad product rollouts and business priorities
