Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights Senior Lead to drive value through high-stakes partnerships and sophisticated testing. You will oversee end-to-end partnerships, align measurement objectives with product and sales, and guide executive stakeholders through complex negotiations.

You will manage data-driven research across vendor integrations, ROI analysis, and measurement strategies to support Reddit's evolving ad products and monetization ambitions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advertising, analytics, or measurement experience, ideally with a measurement company or media owner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of a partner portfolio and manage high-impact measurement and audience partners.
• Vetting, onboarding, and managing relationships with premium vendors to align with sales and measurement objectives.
• Act as primary lead across Product, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders to scope and deliver research integrations.
• Assess financial and operational performance of research and vendor projects, providing executive-level recommendations.
• Manage technology-based integrations with global and regional measurement providers, including data pipelines and AI/ML tools.
• Evaluate industry trends to align research and partner programs with Reddit ad product rollouts and priorities.
