Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Senior Program Director, Capital & Sustainability Initiatives to oversee the Special Projects program for a major institutional client. You will drive end-to-end strategy, governance, and delivery across multiple sites, including LED upgrades and energy efficiency efforts.

Role requires leadership of a high-performing team and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Construction Mgmt, Facilities Mgmt, Business Admin).
• 10+ years in program or project/facilities management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing multi-site programs.
• Proven success with programs with budgets > $10M annually.
• Deep vendor procurement, contracts, and performance management expertise.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with energy efficiency, LED retrofits, or sustainability projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and governance for all Special Project initiatives.
• Direct RFP and vendor selection for design-build and turnkey partners; negotiate contracts.
• Build and mentor a high-performing program management team with standardized processes.
• Advise executives and liaise with client stakeholders; present performance insights.
• Develop and manage initiative budgets, financial models, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in program delivery using data.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, and procurement ensuring collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, fostering a zero-incident culture.
