Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking a DSC Manager, Business Transformation to lead high-visibility initiatives that modernize operations and drive measurable business outcomes across the Direct Sales Center.

You will coach teams, partner with leaders to build transformation capabilities, and deliver data-driven improvements that create long-term value for the business and customers. Remote work is possible, with Omaha-area preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and business experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale business transformation, process improvement, change management, and technology implementation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, and Change Leadership, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach teams through transformation initiatives focused on process improvement and technology modernization.
• Partner with leaders to build transformation capabilities, including training programs and improvement toolkits.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align transformation efforts and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Consult with business leaders to identify opportunities, define goals and metrics, analyze data, and develop recommendations that improve productivity and performance.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team in a collaborative, inclusive environment that supports continuous improvement.
