Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. seeks a DSC Manager, Business Transformation to lead high-visibility initiatives that modernize operations and deliver measurable business outcomes across the Direct Sales Center.

You will partner with leaders to build transformation capabilities, coach teams, and implement large-scale programs using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and Design Thinking while driving accountability and inclusivity. Omaha-based hybrid work option available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale business transformation and technology initiatives.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking and Change Leadership with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills for data-driven decisions.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities, develop teams, manage budgets and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams through transformation initiatives focusing on process improvement, operational excellence, tech modernization, and innovation to drive measurable results.
• Partner with leaders to build transformation capabilities, training programs, communities of practice, and improvement toolkits.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align efforts and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Consult with business leaders to identify opportunities, define goals and metrics, analyze data, and develop recommendations.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team in a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive environment.
