Partnering with leaders throughout the organization, you'll identify opportunities for innovation, champion strategic change, and help teams embrace new ways of working.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and business experience).
5+ years of experience leading large-scale business transformation, process improvement, change management, and technology implementation initiatives.
Proven expertise in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, and Change Leadership, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies, build stakeholder relationships, and present recommendations to senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, develop high-performing teams, manage budgets, and support organizational change.
You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
Able to travel occasionally (approximately 5–10% annually) to attend events and in-person meetings (travel reimbursed, Remote Candidates only)
Able to work at our office located in Omaha, Nebraska in a hybrid environment. (Local Candidates only)
